Future Options for Lightweight Photovoltaic Modules in Electrical Passenger Cars

چکیده
Twenty-three percent of carbon emissions come from fossil fuels used in transportation. Electric vehicles are suggested as alternatives to fossil-fueled vehicles. Cars having vehicle integrated photovoltaics (VIPV) on the roof have recently been launched, aiming increase fuel efficiency and maximum mileage by supplying electricity when needed. VIPV needs be light terms efficiency. The use polymeric materials, made low-iron tempered glass front that contributes significantly module’s weight, is required instead. a sandwich structure with polymer material achieves nine times stiffer rigidity than an aluminum sheet same weight. It can weight half through lightweight light-transmitting side. concentrator photovoltaic module compensate for various angles incidence moving car, it advantageous because easy apply has low owing its excellent flexibility. possible reduce 20 kg less 10 limiting glass.

Abstract— Automotive ergonomics is the study of how automotive can be designed better for human use. The human factor aspect of designing automobiles is first considered at the Vehicle Packaging stage. The term Vehicle Packaging comes to use whenever a new model is in the early stage of study. It is a method to safeguard and protect space for the human user and necessary components that make up...
متن کاملTuned Mass Dampers in Passenger Cars
It is very well known that tuned mass dampers are engineered to minimise the vibrations in buildings in earthquake prone areas and in some cases machinery [1]. This paper evaluates the utility of Tuned Mass Dampers in passenger cars. For the same suspension system, addition of a tuned mass was found to reduce the transmissibility by a considerable amount. Addition of a tuned mass also helps in ...
متن کاملModeling and Analysis of Handling-Stability of Passenger Cars
A nonlinear model consisting “yaw, roll, longitudinal, lateral and pitch” has been developed in which, tire and suspension characteristics have been considered. Tire model is based on the elliptic concept and tire Calspan data. According to this tire model, cornering force and aligning moment are computed as a function of slip and camber (inclination) angles, normal load, tire adhesion characte...
